Brett has been at MicroHeat since 2011 managing all aspects of the products and applications from design and development through to manufacture, sales, delivery and service. Brett has held senior roles in commercial management, engineering, product development, operations, program management, purchasing and sales in both public and private companies across the Automotive and plumbing industries. He is a strategically focused commercial product development and supply to market executive, having amassed 20 years of experience in product design, manufacturing and commercialisation across an extensive range of products and industries.

Cedric has been the Technical Director at MicroHeat since the company’s inception. Qualified in electronic engineering, Cedric has applied the discipline to the automated manufacturing, ICT and Nano technology industries for over 45 years. While based in Johannesburg, Rep of South Africa, he established and managed the African sub-continent service and support division for FANUC, Japan. This in-depth involvement with CNC/DNC and servo motor control techniques led to the insights required to unlock the development of what is now the CFEWH patented platform currently incorporated into water heating products.
